Books

The majority of the poems on this site are transcribed from books of poetry that I own. I thought it might be nice to feature some of those books here for those who want to explore more poetry and poets. 

When I get to it I’ll also add all my poetry books to Library Thing or Goodreads so people can find them there. Might take a while as I think I have hundreds. :)

The Penguin Anthology of 20th Century American Poetry

I got this book for Christmas from my dad and have been really enjoying it. Many old favorites, plus new poems and poets I’m just learning now. And it may seem like a small thing, but I adore the feel of this book – the rough cloth binding contrasts beautifully with the silky-smooth, fine paper of the pages. Delicious.
